Harrogate College beauty therapy students Aimee Rushdon and Chloe Ambler stepped up last week at the Great Yorkshire Show, to do the make up for the catwalk models in the Fashion Pavilion.
The Great Yorkshire is extremely well attended, with predictions in excess of 150,000 for 2015. Many of these visitors head straight for the fashion pavilion, to see Yorkshire’s leading designers along with a glimpse of future trends. This year, the chosen College for the catwalk was Hull College, a sister of Harrogate College; and what an outstanding collection they showcased.
Running five shows throughout the day, with nine models in each, the Harrogate College beauty students had their work cut out for them, as they calmly and efficiently did the make up for each of the models.
Harrogate College are proud to sponsor the Fashion Pavilion and as a team, are extremely proud of the beauty therapy students that stepped up to the mark. It proved a fantastic experience for the girls, and after four days worth of continuous fashion shows, they deserve a break!
