Harrogate College celebrated the success of our degree students with graduation on Monday 12th October 2015, at the Royal Hall in Harrogate.
Students arrived promptly to don their caps and gowns and have many photos taken with friends, to be kept as lifelong memories of their achievements.
The ceremony was opened with a welcoming speech from Principal Debra Forsythe-Conroy and a flurry of golden and blue sashed students crossed the stage, in front of family, friends, staff and distinguished guests, all celebrating and sharing in their success.
It was fabulous to see the range of courses undertaken by students over the past few years and also the success that they have already had and will continue to have in their future careers.
Student Union lead Lee Pearson gave an inspiring speech, congratulating the students for all their hard work and wishing them success in their future careers.
“We are all magic, and we carry the power within ourselves.” Lee Pearson, Student Union.
The ceremony was then closed by Chief Executive of the Hull College Group, Gary Warke.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the students throughout their time studying at Harrogate College. It couldn’t be done without you!
