The grand finale of the themed evenings in the Metro Restaurant took place on Wednesday 25 May, ahead of the launch of the brand new training restaurant opening in September 2016.
Italian Night saw a restaurant packed with family, friends, staff members and guests from businesses on Hornbeam Park for a mouth-watering six course meal including a welcoming Aperol Spritz.
The front of house team were all dressed smartly and the tables were set to perfection, complete with an authentic candle in a wine bottle!
The first course was crispy mozzarella with a smoked tomato and basil stew
Followed by Tuscan bean soup and a heart- warming bowl of penne pasta with a choice of spicy beef meatballs, wild mushrooms of classic Carbonara.
Then dessert was served; a delicious wedge of Limoncello Tiramisu, complete with white chocolate buttons and fresh berries and all finished off with Affogato!
