Art and Design students shoot with Harrogate Town AFC

Harrogate College enjoys a thriving partnership with Harrogate Town Football Club, at which many opportunities have arisen for students to undertake work experience, and Wednesday 20th October was one of them.

Students studying on the Extended Diploma in Art and Design had the fantastic opportunity to photograph first team players for Harrogate Town AFC, Peter Crook, Lewis Turner and Tom Platt, and all in the brand new photography studios.

The photos will be blown up printed to be hung at the ground behind the goals, in the tunnels and in the stands.

Dan McGeachie from Harrogate Town AFC said: β€œIt’s a really exciting opportunity for students to get involved with sport photography at the ground on match days, but also in other areas such as catering and hospitality. Students Jade, Lauren and Dan were all brilliant and I look forward to seeing the results.”
